This service is available to all Middlesex members and their families seeking assistance with mental health concerns, personal development, and resilience-building. Why is it important? After the success of our pilot session at HDMC, join us for an engaging session led by Mr Rossi Be, a respected life and business coach, where we'll explore life's challenges together. This is a chance to build stronger bonds, gain valuable insights and discover you're not alone. Think of it as a friendly gathering where you can open up, reflect, and find renewed strength. This is a first come first served basis with a maximum of 16 people. You will be contacted if you do not make the first 16 for your selected centre and will be prioritised for the next session.
