What is it?
The Physical Wellbeing service focuses on promoting health and fitness among members by providing access to resources, organizing wellness events, and facilitating connections to healthcare services. Who is it for? All members of the Middlesex province and their immediate families who are interested in improving their physical health and accessing support services. Why is it important? Regular physical activity is linked to improved mental health and overall well-being. However, over a third (37%) of UK adults find it challenging to allocate time for physical activity. (mentalhealth.org.uk) Our team addresses these barriers by offering accessible and enjoyable fitness opportunities. Examples of Support:
